Thanks for the kind words.
If you click on the cell G66 with the 1.5Mil in it; it links up to cell H23 which shows 1.5mil shares issued to various consultants, per the 10KSB of 4/17/07. Which is my understanding would have been added to the float with rule 144 changes of 2/15/08.
However if you read the note I posted in cell H23 it reads:
Mr. Chamberlain was paid for consulting services he performed through Strategic Capital Services, Inc., from the same 10K.
Hinting Chamberlain may hold indirectly some of these shares through Strategic Capital Services, Inc. IMO.
It was very educational for me to put this together, and I will add as I dig a little deeper. There are a lot of notes added to the cells on the sheet with answers to a lot of the questions that pop-up now and again form those new to the Deep Down bulls.
I can certainly forward this on to Steve for his review, but I doubt he’d be able to make any comments, and to be honest I don’t want him wasting his time checking my work. He’ll be far to busy informing us all of the great things coming in 2008, this summary is all rearview mirror stuff; I want management’s eyes on the road ahead…
