alex, thanks for your very rigorous DD here on the share structure. you've done a fine job diving into such a complex matter and distilling it down into a less imposing format than the filings.
i have two questions:
1. what is the 1.5M share entry for the rule change to 144? who does it represent?
and
2. have you asked IR or anyone from management to check your work and tell you if it's accurate? if not, that would probably be a final step i would want to take.
the good news in all of this is that it clearly shows the overhang is finite and, based on the several high volume days we've had lately, it is quite possibly already in the rear view mirror. given the stack of bidders we saw at friday's close, 8 deep at .45 and then chasing it up to .49 by EOD, i'd say the bulls are back in the driver's seat. :)
