Well it is pretty simple sir. If you admit that GRXI signed 2 million in promissory notes to the shareholders of the private company and those debts represented loans made to the company and that the company was not able to pay them.....

You might not admit that they are a money loser but what happened is quite clear. The company was not able to make a go of it as a private entity after 16 years of existance and the private shareholders threw in the towel.

It's a good thing there is a towel in the middle of the floor. Current holders are going to need it.
