the company has set closing dates for the following acquisitions: Journey's
Unlimited, Sea Gull Travel, and All Seasons Travel. The dates for the closings
are August 18, 2000; August 22, 2000; and August 25, 2000, respectively. The
company has completed its due diligence, transition planning as well as reached
agreements for the required financing.

transition of these established companies into the eTravelserve.com network.
Recently, the company reached an agreement to provide the financing for these
acquisitions which was the final step needed to close the transactions. The
three acquisitions will bring approximately $10,500,000 of gross travel industry
sales to the company network. Additional acquisitions are also being finalized
and negotiated as part of the companies strategic acquisition plans," said
