You were willing to rely on information from a company with a problem past, cause you thought you might make a profit, that's greed! We all calculate the risk against the return. Trying to make money in Pinks and saying their is not greed is silly. I might also point out, we don't really know why they have done what we think they have done, yet you are willing to apply motive and say they were intentionally deceptive. One last point, if the PPS goes up, and you make a good profit, all your assumptions will be false cause you will not have been lured into losing money.If it goes up,warning people away from a stock they could have made money on, well, that's not very nice.
