SS, the facts are not clear on the retirement of shares. Its possible he did, but the company itself needed to raise money so they liquidated some shares. Good or Bad, they did it. I dont think anyone knows what is up with the share structure besides the amount we were given the other day 5B a/s and approx 2.6B o/s. Now how all that is made up is anyones guess. Until there is a filing of ownership of shares we will know exactly what happened. We are at the mercy of their ability to divulge information, and being a pinksheet means its up to them.
