Okay if you can now get to the CD without running it you
need an image copying piece of software such as CloneCD
or Nero or Roxio. Make and exact image of the disc on your
hard drive and then copy that image to the blank CD.
Can you confirm if the disc works when you are not connected
to the internet? If not, I suspect if the disc is opening a browser
window that it may be streaming the media from a server.
If it works without an internet connection it probably is
using a strange compression format that Windows cannot
recognize natively.
I suspect the disc also will not play in a normal CD player
(like in a car).
