I track / buy / sell two pretty standard index portfolios from

ETF Equity and Vanguard Balanced.

Except for bond funds and an emerging market ETF, everything is still on a sell signal. Lots of potential to bust out and up, but, not yet.

Something needs to happen. Patience, I think. My cash is getting anxious.
