if we can get one more test of the Jan 23rd lows and hold, then we'll be off to the races.

as of this minute all the main BP's are in X's and moving higher with the OTC leading the way, TECH is alive and well

the NDX which reversed down last week is now trying to reverse back up and when it does it could give a sweet buy signal at 30% on the chart... same for the SPX BP...

it would be a time to get clown long...
