They're not sueing Joe and they're not sueing Uli...

Why is that so hard to understand?

Why speculate, if the obvious is right before your eyes?

Don't you think the shipper would know who owes the money? Why would they sue GlobeTel if they didn't think they were the ones responsible? It's really not that complicated. GlobeTel owes so many people money, why in the world would you be surprised another one popped up?
