AMS, you said
"Looks like the I Love IDCC bunch are alive and well. They pump and dump. Not one word on the total collapse of the share value, not one reason advanced, just pump and short.
Always a reason advanced for the decline, the market, Nokia, Insurance costs.
Management are next to gods.
They sure are a funny bunch.!!!!!!!!!!!"
Can you just think for a moment that all your bashing is based on wrong assumptions? Is that even a possibility in your mind? I have explained to you the way insurance costs are figured in this country and yet you don't post any response to my posts other than to say there is always an excuse for management. Maybe just maybe your criticisms are what are off base because you don't fully understand the way business is done.
I do not think that our management is anywhere near god-like. But I also fully understand the things that are in their way. I feel some of those obstacles will break down, while you don't appear to have the same beliefs. You don't want to give management a break. You have had plenty of opportunities to sell at very handsome profits and yet you have not. WHY? Is it because of greed or do you just like to torture yourself by investing in a company with such poor management that fails at every turn? I can think of no other reason for you to continue following this stock. There must be a reason, or is it that management is forcing you somehow to keep your money tied up.
I continue holding my shares and have actually purchased more after the cc. I don't think I am a pump and dumper. Did I buy too soon? Sure. Do I have anyone to blame but myself for my investment in IDCC? Nope. Do you have anyone to blame for continuing to invest in IDCC other than yourself? Nope. Even though you have nobody to blame, you will probably blame someone else because it can't be your fault.
Why don't you stop complaining and realize that maybe you are wrong with most of your complaints or just sell and move on.
As far as reasons for the decline in stock price there have been many theories posted to explain it. Who is right? Who knows.
My belief is that it is temporary and we will start climbing our way out of this hole within the next few days but who knows when it will actually happen. I also believe management will sign additional agreements soon but I easily could be wrong on that too.
I do know that I have invested in IDCC with my eyes open to the negatives but I feel its potential is far greater than its negatives. Since you think the opposite, just sell your position, short more and be happy that you saw the light while I and others continue to be blind by this poor management.
I am done responding to you. Good luck.
