pokestake I was taking Coastis version of the lawsuit as he is usually very accurate with his information. If it was that shipment there are all sorts of questions relative to ownership of the material, consignment, customs, and all the other details that are like most GlobeTel items, confusing. I was only trying to make the point that the shipper may not be sueing the right party.
