You just brought to light the fact that we have two different opinions. NIETHER can be proved or disproved. Each to his/her own.

The fact that Monterosso has been charged with certain things, doesn't mean that EVERYTHING he said or did (or posted)is deceitful. Was SOME of it? It certainly seems so, according to the evidence the SEC says it has.

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...present fact to back up your opinion.
