how "shipping" and "lawsuits" work?
Unless GlobeTel was lying about the radios shipped in the press release and the 8000 home "coverage" area in the 10KA...
the radios "were" actually shipped!
Whether it was authorized by Joe or anyone else at GlobeTel, it was done on GlobeTel's behalf. The shipper understands that, that's why they sued GlobeTel for payment! Don't you think they know who was responsible for payment?
That's why judges have been awarding judgements against GlobeTel in other matters, because it "is" GlobeTel that owes the money!
The incredible thing about this one, is how much could "shipping costs" actually be? I'm wondering if the debt holders who have been deciding on a month to month basis whether or not to keep them afloat, have finally said enough is enough.
After all, if for no other reason than to avoid "another" lawsuit most companies would pay a "shipping bill" regardless...
They must be completely broke at this point!
