bilgert - the company could help themselves with an informative press release about their business going forward.

i do expect that they will issue shares, but the question is how many and for what purpose:

from 01/16 PR:
"Now, the company is contacting several investors and venture capital institutions. The company intends to increase its financing capacity for a new Harbin factory and new equipments, with funds raised from the first financing"

with 300-600K OS (based on filings + roundups IMO).. they wont need to issue a ton of stock at these levels to raise some good dough, but even a few thousand might take out the current bids.

very tough decision.. take the $195 at the bid when no other brokers have paid.. or hang in there and hope that we get some news prior to any financing.
