I agree with what you're saying with NWMO and JDMC. I am inclined to believe that CAGM will perform similarly to these companies post reverse split/round up. I think it helps that the r/m has already happened and that by all accounts, CAGM seems like a legitimate company (although my DD is a little thin on CAGM- beyond the filings).
