Airtrax Signs Dealer Agreement With H & E Equipment Services
- Dealership expands SIDEWINDER(TM) distribution by nine additional States -
BLACKWOOD, N.J., Jan. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Airtrax, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AITX), a developer of patented Omni-Directional Technology with military and commercial applications, announced today that it has signed a Dealer Agreement with H & E Equipment Services (H&E), making it the exclusive dealer for Airtrax's SIDEWINDER(TM) ATX-3000 lifts in nine central and western US States.

Under the terms of the agreement, H & E will sell, rent, and service Airtrax's SIDEWINDER ATX-3000 Lift Trucks through 20 locations in the states of California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, Colorado, and Louisiana. The Las Vegas location has been conducting extensive onsite product demonstrations for interested customers including -- but not limited to -- MGM, Belagio, Merilaat, Applied Technologies, and the Clark County School District. Similarly, through its California business unit, H&E has performed product demonstrations at Boeing Satellite and at a Paramount Studios location. Product demonstrations have provided H&E with valuable feedback supporting the belief that a viable market exists for Airtrax products, and have also resulted in the sale of an ATX-3000 Lift Truck.
