I don't care how many deadlines anyone has missed if they have followed through on them and learned from previous mistakes. That's why this is a pink.

When tentative dates are issued they always get a 2 week buffer from me as long as it's manufacturing/sales/start-up related-- then I want an update for further delay.

For LOIs and Def. Agr. my timeframe is MUCH shorter.

Still, we are only at the 2nd bus. day in Feb. -- hardly time to be worried about anything. They already have a store up and running so it's not like this is some phantom dream.
