They'll get to a PR sooner or later... they issued 1.7m shares to private investors at $1 recently, so $1 more of an obvious floor at the moment. Also an article about an India company looking to buy oil sands land/companies came out last week. People on BQI board (another oil sands co. more established but still in exploration stage like Strata/SOIGF) mentioned this article. Overall many foreign developing countries (China for one) snapping up oil companies and land.
