i wouldnt be so smug about this subject...monitoring trades and monitoring fraud are two worlds apart...the sec does a fantastic job at monitoring trading to the Nth degree....if you leave paper trial via your trades...your dead meat...identifying fraud thats taking place w/in a company is a much harder job
