Parlacen Funding Sources? 800 Reactors

To hear such a figure thrown about gives me pause as well. That is a huge number from the poverty section. But what are they spending as we speak? And where does it come from????

Good questions.

One must be aware, money that Parlacen spends on Energy in 2009, is not new money needed, it is probably mostly money they are already spending on Energy anyway. Spending the money on Petroleum, is effectively kissing their money good-bye. Spending money in their own countries in an alternative, renewable Energy is nothing short of brilliant. They keep the Energy money in their economies, stimulating their own economy instead of someone elses. They put their own citizens and farmers to work, increasing their lot in life. They reduce pollution and Greenhouse gases. They set their own Fuels price. They solve the question of an adequate Energy supply source, and avoid crippling power blackouts. Their entire country benefits. It is just a brilliant strategy. They are taking contol of their own destiny, instead of being dependent on others for their situation. Bravo!

Once again, 800 Rivera Process Reactors!

Funding Sources
Central and South America are much different than the U.S. It has been documented here that the Dominican Republic, is plagued by frequent power blackouts, which hurts their economy and keeps them in poverty. Most Latin American countries are in the same situation. The Funds are mostly coming from The World Bank, IBD or IMF Fund. Here are a few links of some Funding sources:

One of our investors attended one of the Baytown Meetings, here are a couple of his comments:

"I was there at the meeting and heard the words come from their mouths. NO mistake or typo. The Presidente has 30 BILLION of World Bank money and an UNLIMITED amount for Latin American Banks. I heard HIM say it. And that was not just a casual offer to be mulled over. I have the impression it is a going DEAL."

"Now let's be clear. The funds being made available to US at this time is 4 BILLION. The Presidente controls the 30 billion for Latin American development. The Parliment also has access to unlimited Latin American Bank funds.
Not just I heard. It came from the Presidentes mouth in my presence."
