If 4 billion gets pr'd you will get a crazy run in the stock price, plain and simple. DOMS MARKET MAKER is currently only MM showing an effort to short the stock the last two days, also on SSTP. Till company pr's the article is in small town paper but provides opportunity for a few to build positions before it gets out in a bigger way.
