Hi TGTL2005. PCLI's software allows manufacturing on demand. People like having a physical DVD--about 1.7 Billion were sold in the US last year. The TitleMatch kiosk solution is really a new manufacturing model. On-demand alleviates the need for warehouse storage and space, employee resources, packaging and shipment costs/logistics, and inventory tracking for the studios. And, it alleviates the same kinds of concerns for the retailer. It is a cost saver--significant cost saver.

In addition, the flexibility enables more content to be offered --really it widens the selection normally available for purchase by the consumer--so the consumer no longer will not find what he or she wants, but will often be able to find it much faster through a simple search.

It really is a win-win-win for the studio, the retailer, and the customer.

This is a new manufacturing and distribution model of physical DVD's. It takes an existing business model and makes it WAY better. That's what makes it an exciting prospect.

The online streaming and other on-demand approaches via set-top boxes and cable, etc.. are also growing so will cut into PCLI's market POTENTIAL to some extent, but there are significant limitations on those currently, and there are differences between their target markets, and us longs believe that the potential for TitleMatch will still be very large, as 1.7 billion DVD's aren't suddenly going to go away. PCLI is positioned to go from zero in revenues to some percentage of 1.7 billion units. We believe the pctg will be significant enough to create tremendous revenue growth with profits, and that as a result this has a real chance of going from 9 cents into the multi-dollars in a few short years.

Hope this helps,

ted
