How much is the D & O insurance premium. To say simply that all are in the same boat, is immature to the extreme.

Has the company increased its spending in productive ways, ie marketing and R & D. ?

Would it not be reasonable to expect the insurance costs to have fallen, since the company no longer has patent infringement cover.

The company indicated some time ago that they would be shedding jobs, yet salary costs continue to rise at an alarming rate.

Since the rejection of the give away options, is it not clear to you that costs in the administration area have increased beyond all reasonable expectations. Would you consider that the company may be handing out underserved benefits since that date.

Do you actually think that a fall of over $10 in share price to below that of the Erciy watershed, may have something to do with the inability of the company to demonstrate a profit trend and control of costs.

Sometime it is necessary to remove the blinkers to actually see what could be going on.
