Desertdweller, I didn't know the liability premiums were rising at the same rate industry wide. Can you provide any examples of other companies that have a similar directers liability insurance increase because it seems like it's going up every year. That would make me feel better about the amount we are spending on this.

Don't get me wrong, I think it's a good thing so directers aren't afraid to say the positives but I hope we're not overpaying.
