"doesn't appear that he makes contact with the licensees during the quarter" - Ronnie, I had the impression that the company DOES keep a pulse on Q-ly real time shipments.

I got this impression from HG's confirmation, in response to a question, that (unfortunately IMO) the company is also NOT seeing significant channel restocking in the first quarter '04.

Accordingly, I am very concerned that the incremental NEC 1Q shipments will not offset other seasonal declines in revenues, not to mention another 5-10% sequential increase in costs, resulting in an ugly net loss for 1Q04.

How do you see Q1?
