would probably be impossible at this time. Their best bet is to raise the pps by actually following through with some hard core marketing successes generating real earnings.

If they could boost the stock price ten times, to around .25 cents per share they might get by with an R/S of 1:25 (to allow a minimal safety factor) that could be workable, if risky.

They don't presently have the cash to work a stock buyback if that was one of the other possibilities you had in mind.

(The reason I said earlier that reverse splits are "cosmetic" is that they are frequently akin to putting lipstick on a pig.)
