From the email I received from Patrick, the Business Week info should not be considered as true CYOS info as it was an incorrect input to reflect CY Oriental Holdings under the ticker CYOS. I cannot explain how that happened.
However though, from what HokieHead has now discovered, I think it makes CYOS a much better opportunity.
http://www.kleanindustries.com/s/AboutUs.asp Klean Industriesis a specialized international company using advanced "clean" technologies to develop environmentally superior energy and waste recycling solutions. The company is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada and is committed to solving problems large and small in an economically meaningful and environmentally responsible manner, with a focus on two significant waste streams, petroleum-based waste (specifically plastics and scrap tires) and organic waste.
Klean Industries utilizes patented technologies and proprietary methods as part of its solutions portfolio. Klean also holds the worldwide rights to manufacture and distribute a number of proprietary waste-treatment technologies, all of which are environmentally safe, low-cost and commercially viable, which allow us to create a unique convergence between waste recycling and renewable energy. We are your technology integration specialists.
PATRICK L SMYTH is also listed as the Secretary, Treasure, and Director of CYOS. In my opinion, it looks like this is an even better merger candidate that looks to have better confirmation. It looks to be legit thus far as CYOS shares the same address that's registered under the Nevada Secretary of State as Klean Industries which is a superior energy and waste recycling company as you can see from going through their website above.
