DD? lets get a few things straight. DD is a legal term that has to do with Broker/Dealers when accused of inadequate disclosure to investors of material information with respect to the purchase of securities.

DD is not something done in a day or night DD ivolves weeks of investigation. In pinkyville, by the time anyone does DD on anything down here the run in "usually" over.

Now if you plan on "Investing" real money in something you should conduct Due diligence. So the question begs are you trading or are you investing?
On the pinks few things matter 1. Momo 2. share structure 3. whos getting paid for what

As far as BDRR is concerned
The people on these boards are not investors, they are traders
I posted information that I found by typing Bederra Corporation into google. Due diligence, no not even close. I posted that information on one board
If I were a "basher" trying to get a good price I know 4-5 boards I could have posted it on and spun it. I did not.

If INVESTORS did not know this info, then THEY did not do there Due dilligence as you call it. If traders did not know this they did not do there homework.

BDRR has great things going for it. 1. great concept 2. Momo 3. Good share structure

So trade/ invest on. just try to avoid the personal attacks.
