fraud. Lied to his investors, funneled money for personal benefit, claimed he had partnership agreements with Texaco, Citgo,(Summit & the Funding Group), overstated drilling successes (kind of like the 10,000 barrels in storage and the Magic Thumper). Mr Rose is looking at 440 years in prison and $5 million fine + forfeit $6 million he saved.Dump the stock next week and take off for the old country
