This theory would be acceptable if IDCC had more than three major paying accounts and could provide guidance in generality terms....NEC and Sharp IMO: would vehemently protest IDCC making monthly or quarterly projections of their sales..It may even be a violation of their license agreement..These Companies themselves are not transparent regarding their OWN COMPETITIVE sales figures..
