1)Asked about pending LOI and he said he had hoped to complete the deal by the end of this month but reiterated the time line in the press release where he mentioned by end of first Q.
2)Asked about what type of future acqs he may go after and if they would all be in the imaging sector. he said he is looking not specifically at imaging but the health care sector in general.
3)Asked if future deals would be done in the same way with cash and or restricted stock, he said yes.
4) reconfirmed the float and TA number of 6.1 million
5) Confirmed that there was NO 504 financing or other type dilutive financing going on.
6)Asked about new web site where investors could look at management credentials and additional information.He said the new site should be up around end of february.
7)Asked if there were any web sites related to the acquired company and Lumar loi which is pending.Was given this one and said it was currently being built.
