Just got done with a 504 offering, and we BELEIVE that this was when an insider shorted, thus being masked by the 504.

Do some DD, they HAVE contracts and production from automakers, and are expecting MUCH more this year. Used the 504 offering to complete a HUGE production building they OWN.
