Phil has been in this as long or longer than most of the investors here . I remember seeing him back when I first started playing this in 06 . It is some what questionable that they choose to communicate with him and not anyone else but thats the way its been now for a while . There is something definately going on with this company thats not in the best interest of its investors but nothing has been confirmed or denied at this point . If the month of Feb goes by and no more stores are open and nothing is said about the current PPS or the shares "retired" is not addressed , you might as well kiss this investment good bye .

I for one do not trust any of these guys as far as I can throw them . If they some how pull this out of the mud and we all make money , great but at this point , I am really not expecting much anytime soon .
