Thanks for your input.

It sounds like:

1. Programmability of the TPM would provide exactly the benefit SKS referred to in the EEtimes article, namely that encrytion algorithms could be reprogrammed on demand to thwart hackers.

2. LaGrande/NGSCB is essentially Embassy as far as it's ablilty to run applets (programmability) so it's sounds like the architecture borrows Wave IP...hmmm...interesting.

And rachelelise, your point about Embassy IP being even more applicable outside of an NGSCB environment, mobile platforms for example, is very significant.
