CYOS links to merger & thoughts...

Below are two links concerning the proof of the merger between CYOS and CY Oriental Holdings Ltd. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=26260566

Match those links above by clicking on the financials filed from the Chinese website for CY Oriental Holdings Ltd. below:
http://www.cyoriental.com/index_01.asp

This was from their last financials filed on 26 Nov 07:
http://www.cyoriental.com/eWebEditor/UploadFile/20071126162146306.pdf
"For the nine months ended September 30, 2007, revenue increased 7.4% to $33.6 million compared with $31.3 million for the same period last year."

I think this merger has been discovered before the official announcement and comes with a guaranteed "NO REVERSE SPLIT" as it has already consummated.

The OS appears to officially still be 366,731,439 shares. For the merger to have transpired without the sending out of proxies for shareholders to vote, I am guessing that 51% of the OS are held by Insiders and are probably restricted. That would leave a Float as a worse case scenario of:

.51 x 366,731,439 (OS) = 187,033,034 Insider/Restricted Shares

366,731,439 - 187,033,034 = 179,698,405 Float Shares

Because of how thin CYOS trades, I am inclined to believe that those numbers I posted about the share structure are not significantly off if at all.

Even at .01 per share, CYOS will only have a Market Cap of $3,667,314 which from what was released in their filings for Revenues of $33.6 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2007, we are more than 10 times below our true value considering that the Revenues amount is for nine months and not 12 months.

This means that even with CYOS sitting at price of .01 per share, we would still be considered more than 10 times undervalued. Logically, to me, this means that .10 per share is where we should be establishing a new base. Things could begin to get more interesting as more people find out still how far undervalued CYOS is even at a few pennies.
