"recruit passersby on the street to [be] moderators?"

That was posted by IH Geek [Dave] to you eventhought I have posted these past years many times
such a suggestion, be it "the street" as the thoroughfare of IH where active members travel.

The new tool accessible by members to identify their post deletions provides an excellent opportunity
to all members concerned about moderators exercising their pro or con slant to control the board's tone
to have this be as IH Geek [Dave] put it:

"That fact of the matter is that it's by and large a non-issue."

I'm sure the following query has already been made here, but I'll repeat it now.

re: My Removed Posts - Past 7 Days

I like that it only reflects one week, but knowing that deleted posts are "Hot Buttons" on most of us
even if the post was on-topic and minuscule in importance, it causes one to sour towards IH.

For this reason, and to make this tool shine a bright light on moderators to keep them honest
and make IH become knowned as the best of the investment boards for fair and unbiased boards,
the 7 day count on the member's "My Removed Posts" should be listed on their Favorites page.

The following is a snapshot of my past suggestion I now agree with IH Geek [Dave] is an non-issue.

... Moderators on stock boards have not and will not trade the company stock.
... If moderators is a FREE members they get Premium status,
and if Premium get their time duration extended.
... Only the moderator can remove posts.
... The assistants cannot remove post.
... The assistants create and update the iBox, not the moderator.
