By the way Roger Glenn and EAPD are also being sued by new management of BCI International Holdings for charging substantial fee to set up stocks sales for joint ventures. They claim Glenn did no research on what was legal in these transactions. Saying that Glenn had a fiduciary duty to research before just signing documents that led to those sales.
