At this point in time the fundimentals have not changed significantly. I still expect the annual report to show a huge loss for the year ended December 31, 2001.

However the company has announced that they are introducing the devulcanization process which, if it is as good as I have been lead to believe, will make the company profitable. If the company does become profitable then the increased market cap is justified. Right now it appears that the run up is on anticipation which could be risky in the short term to the faint of heart but in the long run I think the company will do very well.


I could not find the SEC filing which said there were 58,000,000 shares outstanding. I will phone the transfer agent and ask the question tommorrow.
