GolfD~ sorry I'm no help on your question...
Does the law firm get to pick the five day period where the closing bid is below 3 cents? Anybody out there know?
...I did see the Techead's Posting on LDSR (on the raging bull)... Time will tell if he is right of wrong
...and posted a response before seeing you had also checked out that post. I am of the belief that Techead is pretty much on the right track but as you know that post seemed to say what I had also said so you can see why I would be somewhat in agreement lol
The otcbb seems to be charging ahead in 2002. Maybe some of it will rub off on RTEK?
As you have done in the past with RTEK, I am curious how the ldsr shareholders can justify the increase in market cap that 60% run-up caused today.
From their latest filing; 48,505,824 shares of common, $.001 par value as of October 31, 2001....
yesterday, a market cap of $7.42M ($.153/share) and with the close today of $.245 the market cap is now $11.8 million
...so what changed in one day? You have read the fundamentals in their filing... can you justify an eleven million dollar market cap for what is known?
And a question... I never took the time and perhaps you have...
from their filing: shares; issued and outstanding 58,505,824 and 44,547,524 at September 30, 2001 and December 31, 2000...
what happened to 10 million shares? 48,505,824 shares of common, $.001 par value as of October 31, 2001
TIA
