Here's the reply I received from Eva at GUPR IR. Quick, only 2 about an hour and a half to get a response. At this point, I'm just glad there's a real live person there...

"We are really sorry about the sharp decrease of our stock price in these days. But for now, as far as I know, the company's business is running well and we are still profitable. We also don't know the reasons. Now what I can assure you is our management team is aware of this situation, and there is nothing related to our operational business.

And for the aquisition of Feitao, I have not received any message from China regarding that, the management team are still in an active negociation process. Once We reach any deal, we will do the press release as soon as possible."
