Hello Tom and everyone, Re. Newport

I am trying to get Newport to run on XP, and I keep getting a message that says something like "VBRUN300.DLL cannot be found".

I would like to keep the program running, if possible. Ideas and suggestions are welcome.

Separately, it seems that there is still some opportunity to make a little money in gold and gold stocks. Stocks of the bigger gold companies, such as Barrick Gold, have been running up recently; hopefully, some of the laggards, like IAG, still offer reasonable upside.
