KP - RTEK on a percentage basis firmed up a little today.

Anyword on the Lawyer's price adjustment clause. If my memory is correct they have sixty days from November 30, 2001 which is up tommorrow.

Does the law firm get to pick the five day period where the closing bid is below 3 cents?

Anybody out there know?
