Dew, if GTC could price ATRYN USA at the same price as ATRYN UK, prospective USA sales would double Dr. Cox's prediction of >$1B.
Q: May be a stupid question, but why is ATRYN so expensive in the UK at $22,600/day, while GTC speculates on $10,000/day in the USA? (I'm assuming, perhaps incorrectly, that HD pricing = AD pricing)
