I'm not concerned with semantics and bad business decisions. We have all had the horse beaten to death by now (don't you think?) about the things that have left us with more questions.
However, if that same energy were applied to figuring out WHY things were done, then maybe the angst levels would drop a tad.
It's common knowledge that the lawsuit could take all. It still might. I've stated all this and more in the last few posts. No one is looking to justify what Bob did. He did it and that's that.
Bob has used all the cards he has left and is probably aware that a reverse split would only kill off what was left.
It's a wait and see game now to see if the lawsuit gets finalized in a way that doesn't destroy the company(ies), and will enough sales get generated to start paying off the bills.
These posts that don't attempt to nail Bob to a cross for screwing up also don't need to be met with a tirade of the same repetitious remarks about how he has fooled the investors and ripped off everybody, etc. etc.
There is only one success - to be able to spend your life in your own way
