And a nice Hi to you , Mick . I may not always be right in my posts about any stock but I always believe what I am writing .

Until evidence exists to the contrary , I believe that Heritage's present share structure with the absence of crippling debt and the Company's forthcoming revenues is far more acceptable than many other OTCBB and OTC companies that trade at higher valuations despite have crippling debts and toxic financings / convertible debentures , et al .

It is reasonable to think that Heritage will be cash flow neutral or hopefully cash flow positive upon the consumation of their first $6 million conduit loan . The Company's operating losses for the 3rd quarter were about $170,000
( from my rusty memory ) . The 5 % commission on just the first $6 million conduit loan will be $300,000 , which will likely exceed their FULL 1st quarter operating expenses . That's for January , February , and March ....3 entire months of operating expenses met with just their first conduit loan .
Imagine the amount of cash flow profits with more conduit loans .

I honestly believe that with the known information that is hoped to be truthful and fully disclaimed by Heritage that a cash flow neutral or cash flow positive company with NO DEBT and with 2.7 billion FLOAT shares is outrageously under-valued at the present PPS .

As I see things .
