I will presume that most shareholders of HCPC stock have owned other OTCBB & OTC stocks .
Now I ask for each concerned HCPC shareholder to think about all the other OTCBB and OTC stocks that have toxic , dilutive financings which are essentially black holes of never-ending dilution . The following link to another I-HUB board will give many examples of stocks that use Cornell Capital , but there are other forms of dilutive financings that many OTCBB / OTC stocks are using . *** Moderators : I ask that this post be allowed for the specific reasons of education about dilutive financings .
Please note how many stocks that engage toxic financings have lost much of their value .
OK , I understand the concerns about HCPC's dramatic increase in the float , but there are THREE critical factors that shareholders should realize that are in our collective favor .
#1 . HCPC has NO TOXIC Financings whatsoever , so the dilution that occured in December and in previous months SHOULD end upon the Company receiving revenues from their first conduit loan in ~ 2 weeks . ***** The remaining 2 billion Authorized Shares will most likely be used as a collateral trade-off to the merger with a Bank , but that use of shares is a GROWTH acquisition and is NOT dilutive to shareholder equity !
#2 . Insiders still own 1.38 billion shares which means that they have a highly vested interest in having HCPC stock increase in value , not decrease .
#3 . Once the the first conduit loan occurs in approximately 2 weeks , and predicated on more conduit loans occuring , HCPC will be earning a lot of money . It is reasonable to believe that the revenues will not just sustain the company without the need for further dilution , but the company will be instantly profitable .
A profitable company in THIS quarter , with NO DEBT .
