Today it's ok for me, but I've had many outages with them. Some of those outages were followed up with their canned apology email, some weren't! Those that weren't made me think it was my puter, but not sure. Like you I've cleared my cache even went so far as to clear all my cookies once. Since I did that, I've had no problems, good fast service now! If you think about clearing all your cookies check with the computer board here for tips about doing it.
