Thank you for your insightful post. I certainly have you membermarked to closely follow your posts and I suggest others follow your posts closely as well.

I have seen you over on yahoo, and it appears you have followed this whole situation and case for years. I am fairly new to the situation, but have been reading every filing, court document, and yes every message board post I can get my hands on.

I agree with your thougths 100%, I am not sure that Woodside knew what type of mess they were getting into with PXD and therefore will probably seek to remove themeselves from the proceedings by working out some deal/settlement with the new MOSH trustee on their own. I could see them potentially becoming MOSH's new working partner and they could use this as a way to recoup what they have lost from working with PXD. This scenario certainly makes sense and would be devastating for PXD.

It looks like things are really going to get rolling and fast tracked after the hearing next Wednesday.

BTW, I would love for you to become a full member of IHUB so you could post more often :)
