On financing

I agree that the issue of ensuring financing rests not with Feeney, but rather with SKS. I am perplexed by the continuing desire of SKS to take financial gambles by not raising adequate funds when given the opportuity. SKS reportedly turned down extra funding at $1.90 because he felt confident Wave would do better in the future. Yet once again it appears that events will prove him to be in error. While Wave apppears to be slowly executing on its business plan, its financing strategy is causing grief to its shareholders and thus costs to the firm. SKS needs to take a far more prudent course when setting and implementing financial strategy.

BTW, in reference to your post, advice is the noun and advise is the verb.
